A three-metre replica of the Giro d’Italia trophy is being made in Plovdiv for the third stage of the race. The steel installation will be placed at the roundabout on Maritsa-Yug Blvd near the Water Palace, along the route of the cycling tour, Plovdiv 2019 Foundation Executive Director Kiril Velchev told BTA.
